This presentation traces 16 years of collaboration between an archivist/librarian and historians.  Topics include Archives orientations, bibliographic instruction, volunteer extra credit programs and co teaching a semester long course.  The presentation traces the benefits to both teaching faculty and archivists and librarians of such a collaboration.  Detailed examples can be applied across libraries and archives.  The presentation will feature an archivist/librarian and Dr. Melanie Byrd, history professor of VSU.
